It was for building Dextrose images based on F14 and Sugar 0.90.
But now we can do that with the regular dextrose vm.

Even better, we could move everything over to jita.sugarlabs.org and
kill the dextrose VM too. Anyone opposed?

If anyone is wondering what's the point of VM recycling & consolidation,
it's because I'm trying to shrink the infrastructure to fit into my
reduced free time. Any help managing individual Sugar Labs services and
machines is appreciated.
