[Systems] maintainership change

Hi, 

could you please change the maintainer of the following project: 

http://git.sugarlabs.org/projects/conozco-paraguay

from dbrassel to jlevera. 

The conozco-paraguay project was started as part of the Activities
Development course we (Paraguay Educa) 
gave with Bernie at the National University of Asunción. dbrassel is no
longer working on the activity and jlevera will 
like to take over it.
