[Systems] Changed cron mail destination for gitorious

Sorry for the spam of tonight.

Mail fron cron was sent to gitmaster at sugarlabs.org, which is cc'd to
multiple people and to this list. Since task_performer can occasionally
hang, sending one error message per minute, this was a very bad idea.

>From now on, Gitorious' cron mail is going directly to systems-logs@ .
