[Systems] wiki design

Hi,

I'm cleaning up the sugar wiki. I'm currently working on 
http://wiki-devel.sugarlabs.org/ and I wanted to change the markup for 
the header / main navigation area. I'm editing the shikiwiki theme. I'm 
not exactly sure where the thtml or php file is located on the server 
for editing this area of the site.

I'd like to split the following into two unordered lists with separate 
classes.

    * Home <http://www.sugarlabs.org/>
    * *Wiki* <http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/>
    * Blog <http://planet.sugarlabs.org/>
    * Lists <http://lists.sugarlabs.org/>
    * Bugs <http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/>
    * Git <http://git.sugarlabs.org/>
    * Schools <http://schools.sugarlabs.org/>
    * Activities <http://activities.sugarlabs.org/>
    * Download <http://download.sugarlabs.org/>
    * People <http://people.sugarlabs.org/>
    * Donate <http://sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_Labs/Donate>

Any help would be appreciated.
