[Systems] Pootle project reorganization for Etoys

How soon do you need this ?
We have never tested Pootle+SVN integration, but hopefully it should work.
Renaming the project should not be a major pain, but we may need to
regenerate the Pootle cache, which would take some time at the server
end, and during that time Pootle must be down.
Do you have a way in which I can see the new directory layout ?
Apologies for the delayed response to this - I have been caught up in
fixing Arabic rendering issues, the new on-screen keyboard, etc etc
Thanks,
Sayamindu
