[Systems] lightwave.sugarlabs.org: new VM for master nameserver

There were a few errors:

 - ns1.develer.com should be ns1.codewiz.org (same IP)
 - ns2.sugarlabs.org should be ns2.sugarlabs.net (same IP)

I'm moving olenepal.org and pustakalaya.net myself. I have no news from
Sebastian regarding somosazucar.{org,net,com}.
