I'll update the wiki page this afternoon (please remind me if i forget).
Technically, Sugar doesn't really need more mirrors. The combination
of ibiblio, mit, and rit will be able to cover the load for the new 2
years. CDN capacity is not something to worry about yet.
Socially, Running mirrors is a great way for an organization to make a
'first investment' in the project.
Quality of service can be improved by locating mirrors closer to end
users. This is particularly true in locations with poor international
connections or that have a surchage for bandwidth leaving their ASN.
