[Systems] More problems with the wiki

To save work and keep true to the ASLO philosopy....

I believe that one can upload experimental releases of their activities to
ASLO. -- Single Point of Truth.

Rather than mark the activity Public, leave it in the Sandbox. -- It will
not considered in 'Latest' calculation until it is pushed to public.
Whenever a user who is logged into ASLO clicks on 'Turtle Art' they will be
presented with information about the experimental version.

Use a link such as
http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/sugar/downloads/file/26576/turtle_art-83.xoto
access then canonical copy of version .of Turtle Art version 0.83.

I say believe because this is how addons.mozilla.org works.... There is a
good chance that we screwed something up so that it will not work for ASLO.
I don't think anyone is taking advantage of this feature.
