No way. I'm very bad at solving both visual and audio captchas. It 
usually takes me five to ten tries to get a single one right.
The only sorts of captchas I get right most of the time are
a) static texts (name of organization etc.),
b) not entering anything (yes, those exist :) ) and
c) arithmetic puzzles (OLPC wiki).

I'm trying to protect against bots, not humans. We can't win against 
malicious humans. Even raising the bar (like using visual captchas) 
often hurts users more than spammers.
We might try some mild stuff like putting new accounts (as measured in 
number of useful contributions) on moderation (via email), but that's 
about it. If we have the former, I wouldn't tell search engines not to 
"follow" our links, BTW: genuine cross-references between bug trackers 
should be rather interesting to them.
