[Systems] Installed MediaWiki CheckUser extension

In order to ease the task of fighting wiki vandalism, I've installed the
CheckUser extension:

  http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Special:CheckUser

Before you can use it, you first need to turn on the "checkuser"
permission on your account.
