[Systems] Wiki unresponsive

Yesterday, around 2030 EST, several users reported that
wiki.sugarlabs.org was unresponsive or unreachable. I found it
unresponsible this morning too.

I can't find an immediate explanation, but Munin reveals some oddities:

 * since Feb 14, there was a net increase in MySQL queries

 * I/O, fork rate, load, CPU usage increased considerably since
   2 days ago. Probably cjb's Xorg tinderbox?


I'd be tempted to say that we're doing too much I/O. What do you think?
