[Systems] Mirror issue

Hi all,

The problem I have with mirrored content is that there are files (like
http://mirrors.rit.edu/sugarlabs/services/toolkit/service.xml) that
could be changed from time to time and files(in the same dir) that could
be removed/added (.xml contains links to these files) and if mirror is not
synced I can download old .xml from mirror which contains links to
already deleted files.

So, the question is can .xml files be excluded from mirroring? maybe
place them to separate unmirrored directory.
