[Systems] mirror testing request

The download infrastructure? I'm almost happy enough to run it all.

I'd like another few US nodes and one other "master" site with all of
the content before i'm completely happy.

As for what it'd take - yes, root on a dedicated freebsd box or two
would be ideal. What do you have there in the way of connectivity?
