I've moved the pages under Machine/bender/ to associate the VMs to their
host.  We can move them if they are moved to another host.

(This will clean up the Subpages section at
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Infrastructure_Team#Subpages when I delete the
redirects in a few days after folks get to this note in their inboxes.)
