[Systems] pe.sugarlabs.org wiki was down - sunjammer changes

Btw, what do people think about having a policy of sending an email to
this list explaining the changes every time something potentially
disruptive is planned or done?

That will help a lot to the people who are told in #sugar that
something is not working.
