I restarted apache2 a few minutes ago and got several errors

Syntax error on line 18 of /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/userdir.conf:
Invalid command 'php_admin_flag', perhaps misspelled or defined by a
module not included in the server configuration

Syntax error on line 12 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/download.sugarlabs.org:
Invalid command 'php_admin_flag', perhaps misspelled or defined by a
module not included in the server configuration

Syntax error on line 19 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/people.sugarlabs.org:
Invalid command 'php_admin_flag', perhaps misspelled or defined by a
module not included in the server configuration

To fix the problem I commented out the lines.
