[Systems] Redirection requirement

I am afraid that would be a very invasive change to the code base.
I'll look into it.

Activites.sl.o uses url rewrites to construct every page from three parts:
1. SITE_URL -->  `http://activities.sugarlabs.org/'
2. LANG -->  `es-ES/' or `en-US'
3. view --> that thing that you want to look at.

This creates urls such as
`http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/sugar/browse/type:1/cat:105'

I have tried redirecting 'http://actividades.sugarlabs.org/es-ES' ->
'http://activities.sugarlabs.org/es-ES'  But, the results were
somewhat random.
