[Systems] New VM: template-karmic

I installed a generic Karmic image to be used for creating new virtual
machines. Our previous image template-jaunty should no longer be used to
create new images. It will soon go the way of the Dodo.

This time I diligently documented all the configuration steps here so
we'll save some time when Lucid comes out:

To create and delete virtual machines from this pre-configured template,
simply do:

  http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Infrastructure_Team/Add_virtual_machine
  http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Infrastructure_Team/Delete_virtual_machine

At this time, only me and Dogi can create new VMs on treehouse, and only
me and Sascha can create them on bender.

We shouldn't abuse our ability to easily create dozens of VMs: for
trivial services with low security risk, sunjammer and beamrider are
still the recommended way to go. It's not just a matter of conserving
hardware resources: every hosted VM comes with a non-zero cost in terms
of precious system administration time.

Shortly, I will use this new template to install two new VMs:

 * leonov.sugarlabs.org: for aslo, managed by dfarning and alsroot
 * sulaco.sugarlabs.org, to host our dns, ldap and (maybe) db
