In preparation for the potential flood of visitors today, I've spent  
an hour tweaking the web stack on solarsail, yielding approx. 400%  
performance improvement across all wiki pages. Other than performance,  
there shouldn't be any user-visible changes, so please alert me if  
anything's amiss.
