hi,

I was just confronted with a empty mirror, looking for causes. 
If download@ was available all time, then the cause is not likely there
 
I am not running the rsync meself.
They use --delete (verified). 

I 'll suggest to use --delete-after

I am not aware which condition cans make this happen. So suggestions are
welcome.

Is the load on download@ low to start rsync'ing rigth away or should ask
to wait a little?
