I used http://www.vistaprint.com/ (they have sites for different 
countries; I used the one that shipped to Brussels) but as Bernie 
pointed out the print quality was not that good.

On the other hand, they were cheap. 
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Image:Business-card-draft.png is the design 
I put together; improvements are definitely possible.
