We registered sugarlabs.net.  The OSU-OSL slave nameservers are not yet
configured, but the domain should already be reachable.

It's already configured as an alias of sugarlabs.org for all the apache
virtual hosts on sunjammer.  I used a wildcard so we don't have to touch
the configuration again in case we register more TLDs:

  ServerAlias foo.sugarlabs.*

The same needs to be done on solarsail.
