Our trac instance lacks a caring and experienced maintainer.  We hoped
that Noah would take the job, but apparently he's too busy :-(

I have done some trac administration myself, but I'm afraid I still do
not understand it very well.  Noah suggested installing this plugin:

Our instance is also quite outdated, I should upgrade it if I find some
time this weekend.
