We occasionally rsync the SoaS (Sugar on a Stick) images to our
download server.  It's 600MB of stuff each time.

I don't think limiting the bandwidth to 10Mb/s will limit us too much.
 Let us know if you'd like us to also add --bwlimit to our rsync.
