Hopefully. Scalability will be very important for this service, once
100's of thousands kids start updating activities from there.
In the future, we might also want to move addons to dedicated machine.
BTW: if you don't mind I'd like to move addons from /home to
/srv/www-sugarlabs/addons and switch from user "addons" to user
"sugaraddons", with shell logins disabled.
