[Systems] hrtimer_start_range_ns (tick_sched_timer) --regression

I have been monitoring power top on the vms on treehouse and there seems to be an excessive number of  hrtimer_start_range_ns (tick_sched_timer) interupts.

I am not sure what to make of it.
