[Systems] Clustering Remora

I'm already running an (out of date atm) origin mirror and a bunch of
mirror nodes.

I'd prefer to bring on board some more US bandwidth before I mark
sugarlabs.cdn.cacheboy.net as "public" or things may prematurely crash
and burn.
