I think it was caused by Apache being down due to a configuration issue.
I'm not sure, because I was distracted at the time and someone, probably
Chris Rowe of OLE, eventually fixed the issue and restarted it.

We should start thinking of instituting "on call" admins with pagers for
emergencies.  This comes rather easy with a service offering an SMS
gateway, such as identi.ca or Google Voice.

I'd be glad if someone wants to experiment and write the necessary
documentation in the wiki.  You can of course target my mobile phone
too: +1-781-244-3485.  Anyone on this list is also welcome to call me
directly for any emergency (of course after trying to ask on #sugar).
