[Systems] develer.com: switch to new uplink, Aug 13 23:00 UTC

Today Develer will be switching its public infrastructure to a new
10mbit symmetrical uplink operated by Consiagnet on a dedicated,
redundant foil cable.

All hosted machines will change their IPs to the new 83.149.158.208/28
subnet (16 public IPv4 addresses). The machine bender.sugarlabs.org,
which was already on this subnet, will simply jump to a different public
address and, consequently, a different 6to4 address.

Servers may become unreachable for a few minutes as we reconfigure the
interfaces. Changes to the associated domains should propagate within
30 minutes (a few days ago we've set a short TTL in preparation for this
event). Reverse zone delegation is not yet configured on the ISP side,
but we have already prepared new glue records.
