[Systems] IPv6 connectivity for Sugar Labs foundation

I think we can move forward with that. The only question that Danny and
the FSF have are whether this would affect the v4 service on that link
or billing, but I'm guessing that it would affect neither (can't see it
causing service interruption, and we were asking for sponsorship in the
first place).
