Ok, the POP is back up, and transfers from and to sunjammer happen at !
~60kb/s, as expected. Ping times from trinity to outside hots do not
increase.

This is still unsolved, but low priority. It would just be cool if we
could get rid of our dependency on sixxs.net for Sunjammer.
