Ciao,

as discussed during the previous OB meeting, I'd like to create
a list for use by the board.  Membership and archives should be private, 
on the basis that if they were public we could have used IAEP anyway.

Ivan, can I go on and create it myself on Solarsail, or would you prefer 
to do it yourself?
