I was using sugarlabs1 to test pydocweb.  I have moved pydocweb to
sunjammer.  I have filed so bugs with pydocweb upstream due to a
change in the database schema:(

I removed mysql and apache.

All that is left is builbot, api-slave, and pydocweb-slave.  They are
cpu intensive processes that require dependencies to run
sugar-jhbuild.
