[Systems] Google Apps questions

As sugar being a non profit ..can it have a non-standart edition of
GoogleAps?

i say this because i'm working with the static part of Sugar Labs co, and i
only get the standart edition of google aps, is this ok ?..i was under the
impression that sugar can have a better edition?-
