Notas de la versión:
1.  fix missing icon in tool bar help button (the help button was there, but the icon was not drawn; it was very hard to discover; the user had to move the mouse pointer over it),

2.  fix help window to work with 16:9 display aspect ratios (it was originally designed for 4:3 and did not resize correctly on 16:9, to the point that the help window was not usable),

3.  inhibit idle suspend during help window animation (fixes https://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10792 )

4.  also compatible with Sugar 0.106, 0.107, 0.108, and 0.109 (mentioned because these still cannot be selected in activities.sugarlabs.org)

5.  this release was by quozl en laptop.org and was tested on Ubuntu 16.04 and Fedora 18.
