[somos-azucar] [NETWORK] Sugar Network node statistics

Hi all!

This is a plan for Sugar Network node server stats:

    http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Platform_Team/Sugar_Network_Statistics

It will be initially implemented in v0.7 (this month) but visualization
UI should appear only in v0.8 (but it will be possible to get access
from API at least).

Any comments/ideas from possibly interested in edu researchers.
