Hola Aleksey,

Estamos buscando un escenario tan similar como sea posible a la realidad del Perú rural. Por ello, solo una 'red Chaski' estaría disponible. Sería con laptops XO.

Sin embargo,para la logística en Comas sería más sencilla así que podría contemplarse tener visitas más frecuentes y tal vez equipar al primer Chaski con una conexión de Internet móbil, para darle un soporte más cercano.

El objetivo de la fase de pruebas en Comas será proveer de retroalimentación al desarrollo y también diseñar y documentar la metodología de acople y los flujos de trabajo encontrados en terreno (así como el personal y estructura organizacional del Ministerio de Educación).

We would be pursuing a scenario as similar as possible as rural Perú.
So only Sneakernet ('chaski') would be an option. It would be with XO laptops.

However, logistics in Comas will be easier so it might be possible to 
have more frequent visits and maybe equip the first chaski with a mobile 
Internet connection, for closer support.

The objective of the Comas testing phase will be to provide feedback
for development and also to design and document the workflows considering
the actual conditions found in the field (and available Ministry of Education
Personel / Organizational Structure).
