Yes, there are better onboarding experiences.<br>

However, if people want to talk with us, they'll know where to find<br>
us. We're here to get the job done, not provide better experiences<br>
for developers.<br>

We do still get students who can use IRC, so I know it is not a<br>
significant hindrance.<br>
