<i><b>If</b></i> GitLab and/or trac, for example, had the features
of GitHub and had a plugin that weeded out spam would it <b><i>then</i></b>
be preferable to GitHub?<br>

If so, I can send out an email to see if volunteers are available to
take to such a task. I need to do something similar for another
project--helping Harvard's MOOC use free/libre software instead of
proprietary Adobe Connect.<br>
