Give them a $25k retainer and a $225k upside. If they close the dozen schools, put $500k into the after sales support, $1M aside for the next batch, and $250k for the sales person's take in the next round.</div><div class="gmail_extra"><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">Run the next round in the UK, Canada, or Germany.
