          I agree. If we design for the Cloud as if it were simply an
          extension of the local file system we are "renting" then it is
          not much different than what we have right now. But as soon as
          we start relying on remote services, most of which as not
          free/libre, we run into the problems I was alluding to. So it
          behooves us to show how it can be done in a way that respects
          freedom.</div>
