How prevalent is this patch in other deployments?  What will be the<br>
power draw impact on deployments that adopt this next version of Sugar<br>
without being aware of the change?  (e.g. how much time is spent in<br>
collaboration versus standalone activities across the laptop<br>
population?)<br>

Re: a module for power management.  There is also code in the control<br>
