The MANIFEST (until recently) was also used by the POT regeneration<br>
script from Pootle, but we encountered some problems with an activity<br>
with an empty MANIFEST file and Aleksey Lim corrected this dependency<br>
given tha twe knew that MANIFEST was being deprecated.<br>
