Simon,<div><br></div><div>I understand the distinction.  I can understand that this might be too much to get into the current release cycle, but I have the page out there.  I don't feel comfortable working on Sugar itself, since my time these days is mostly not my own and I've got some other projects going.</div>

As you say, for inclusion in the release cycle you need someone who is gonna work on this [1] (there is a subtle difference in proposing a Feature and proposing a Feature for addition into the release cycle).<br>
