Activities are in /usr/share/sugar/activities/xxx 2-) They seem to be ignored once an (xxx).xo file is downloaded from ASLO these are in /home/(user)/Activities/xxx I set them up with a sugar icon (Add to Desktop) on the Gnome Desktop with properties "sugar-emulator -f" (Full screen) This is the main way the sugar-desktop is accessed. Or from the Menu Item: Education/Sugar where it is windowed.
