That would explain your trouble with installing activities. The<br>
question remains, why was the ownership/write permissions of<br>
/home/olpc/Activities improperly set?<br></blockquote><div><br>Well, I didn't changed any settings ( I think sugar doesn't permits an user or even an administrator to change such settings on the sugar system). So, I think these permissions are set by default in the live cd by the rainbow system. I think some more related person would be able to explain better.<br>
