I am thinking more of the usage case of community jabber users. <br>

(There are differences in how different distributions applications
collaborate and function.)<br>
One could then know which features are available if you invite someone
to an activity.<br>

This would be more useful in a non- XS situation where all people on
the neighborhood <br>
are not using the same Sugar-Desktop.<br>
<br>
Thus by looking at the rim color a Sugar User would immediately have
this information.<br>
The inside color of the XO would still be chosen by the user, and be
variable.<br>
