Ann,<br><br>Luke tells me that:<br><br>1. The chats are stored in the journal, but we don't know if there is an easy way to move them to a flash drive (Luke is trying as I type).<br><br>2. Alt-1 puts a screen shot in the journal. We can drag it to a USB stick from there.<br>
