I've been attempting to set up a sugar network on a classroom of PCs running ubuntu intrepid, to let students (young and old) have a play with it. It installs and runs nicely, but the computers can't see each other in the neighbourhood view. Running "avahi-browse -a -t" on one computers shows other computers present with an iChat presence, which I understand means that there is a problem with salut? I'm not sure where to go from here. Running a jabber server would be the easiest way forward, but I'm more interested in fixing this bug than a workaround.

Cheers,

Victor
