I don't know of any.
Two barriers;
1. we don't yet have three dimensional displays, so any use of two
dimensional displays loses one dimension, and requires movement and
synthesis by the child to comprehend the third dimension, something
which takes a little while to develop.
2. we don't yet have three dimensional input devices, just keyboard,
mouse, and touch panel.
In my experience with teaching school children 3d modelling and
fabrication using a printer, classes used used Blender before
printing, and Tinkercad once a printer was available. We found that
year 5 and 6 was the grade at which we had the most success joining up
the thinking through those two user interface barriers.
Clay, wooden bricks, plastic bricks, and other tools were way more
successful.
I suggest you search for Python, JavaScript, or GObject Introspection
libraries. The last type provide both languages the capacity to call
out into libraries written in other languages.
